The Assistant accompanies you on all your travel and saves you time by optimising your itineraries on public transport (train, RER, TER, Transilien, bus, metro on the RATP network).
With the Assistant, find, set out and stay informed about all your travel.
- View available modes of transport near you on the integrated map, wherever you are
- Find optimised itineraries to get you from point A to point B
- View traffic info in real time
- Receive alternative itineraries in case of disruptions with notifications direct to your mobile

Find all the possible ways to get from point A to point B and choose the best itinerary according to your preferences
You can use the following modes of transport:
- RER, metro, bus, Transilien, tram
- TER, TGV INOUI, OUIGO, INTERCITÉS
The itineraries are optimised to save you time, plan your itinerary and avoid delays.
You can save your preferences and recurring itineraries directly on the homepage: home, work, frequent destinations… to save even more time.

The app only allows people to research, not purchase tickets. And lines to buy are very long at the airport.
why ?
I cant add my ticket to my Wallet / Passbook app if I used my Grand Voyageur fidelity number to earn miles. What the heck is up with that? Please fix this bug!!!!
BS app. Dont bother
App says English & French. But no instructions explaining how to convert from one language to the other....REALLY!!!
